The second Annual Meeting of EUnetCCC will take place on 26th and 27th of November 2026 at the Lisbon Congress Centre, bringing partners together in a city that has become a recognised venue for European cooperation in health and research. With strong institutional capacity and a growing ecosystem in oncology, Lisbon offers a productive setting for high-level coordination and joint reflection.
The Annual Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal will be held under the theme “A European network of CCCs advancing cancer care, research and education: striving for excellence built on solidarity.” It will serve as an important moment to review achievements, consolidate common approaches and deepen collaboration across Member States, reinforcing the collective effort to reduce inequalities and advance a more coherent and resilient European cancer ecosystem.
The event will be structured around the guiding idea of moving from European ambition to action. It will show how EUnetCCC contributes to concrete progress across EBCP, from prevention and diagnosis to treatment, survivorship, research, education and the reduction of inequalities.
Through strategic discussions, concrete examples and policy-oriented exchanges, the programme will highlight the Joint action’s and network’s role in shaping the future of cancer care in Europe and identify key priorities for the next steps of implementation.
