Work Package (WP3) aims to evaluate Joint Action (JA) EUnetCCC and the European (EU) network of Comprehensive Cancer Centres (CCCs). This is done through the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation framework that allows WP3 to monitor and evaluate activities, results and the overall effectiveness of the Joint Action and the network. The ambition is to ensure transparency and accountability, and to nurture and support a culture of learning and continuous improvement throughout and beyond the lifecycle of the JA.
WP3 will address initial challenges, share lessons learned, highlight areas that may require further attention or strategic adjustments, and ultimately contribute to ensuring transparency across the consortium. Furthermore, the ambition is that evaluation results will provide valuable insights into the specific outcomes and overall impact of the JA. This will not only benefit the consortium, stakeholders, and CCCs by providing insights into the process and results of the project but is also valuable to other JAs as best practice.
WP3 will help ensure the overall quality and monitor the outcomes and impact of the JA. WP3 will also support the other WPs in their evaluation efforts, providing insights and feedback for improvement to enhance the effectiveness and success of the project.
